Nature's Garden Seed Company Refund Policy

At Nature's Garden Seed Company, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality Native seeds and products with exceptional customer service. We understand that, at times, there may be situations in which you are not satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

a) The seeds are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. b) The seeds are in their original, unopened packaging. c) You provide a proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for seeds that have already been opened, planted, or exposed to adverse conditions, as these factors can compromise their viability.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the issue and may request that you return product for further evaluation. Upon confirmation of the issue, we offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team by email. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant documentation (e.g., photos of damaged seeds or packaging). Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and credit it to your account.

4. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

5. Exclusions:

Refunds will not be granted for the following situations:

a) Seeds that have been improperly stored, exposed to extreme temperatures, or otherwise compromised after delivery. b) Seeds that were planted but did not germinate due to factors beyond our control, such as inadequate soil conditions, incorrect planting techniques, or unfavourable weather conditions.

We encourage customers to carefully research the suitability of seeds purchased to their local conditions and perform due diligence surrounding the environmental responsibility of introducing seeds to their local area.
