Nature's Garden Seed Company Shipping Policy


At Nature's Garden Seed Company, we strive to provide our customers with fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping services. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, fees, and delivery times. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Shipping Policy.

Shipping Destinations:
We currently only ship to addresses within Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate international shipping requests at this time.

Shipping Fees:
We offer a flat shipping fee of $5 CAD on all orders within Canada. Additionally, we provide free shipping on orders with a subtotal of $100 CAD or more, excluding taxes and any applicable discounts.

Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification that the order has been processed and shipped. Shipments do not include a tracking number.

Processing and Delivery Times:
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. The estimated delivery time for most orders within Canada is 3-7 business days, depending on your location and Canada Post. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as inclement weather or postal delays. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to resend the order.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address and make arrangements to resend the order. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to undeliverable packages.
