"To love & be loved
is to feel the sun from both sides."
~David Viscott
Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla), with a sweet scent rather like apples, is named from the Greek Chamomaela or Ground Apple. Native to Europe, North and West Asia the herb has become naturalized in North America.
Chamomile is most popular when the dried flowers are prepared as a tea. This delicious tea has a calming effect and has also been used since ancient Egyptian times as a medicinal aid for digestion and inflammation.
